Longeville-sur-Mer

Les Oyats is a brand new residence of 71 modern villas (2 roomed, 3 roomed and 4 roomed apartments) set on sandy terrain, in the pine forests which skirt the south Vendee coast. Annual closing : 03 Octobre 2009 ~ 20 Mars 2010

The residence has a common heated swimming pool and several semi- private, heated pools, shared between two villas.
